The main objects of the society as specified under Byelaw No. 2 of the Registered Byelaws of the society are to carry on the trade of building by acquiring, buying, selling, letting and developing land in accordance with the Cooperative Principles and to do all such things for the betterment of the members as specified in the byelaws of the society.

Land Position:

The society has acquired land from Board of Revenue, Government of Sindh, measuring 30 Acres in Sector 42-A, KDA Scheme No. 33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, at Super Highway, Karachi.The Layout Plan was approved by Cantonment Board Boston Lines Malir Cant: Karachi on 07-09-2005 vide No. MLR/2-P/Veraval Patan/05/530 and Revised Layout Plan has also been approved by Cantonment Board Malir, Karachi vide No. MLR/LP/V/ Patan/CHS/2019/3728, dated 25-01-2019.
